Apple Crunch is another economical dessert that will impress your guest and please their palate. With no crust, it will be easy on the waist line too!

• Peel and slice 3 lbs of APPLES
• Place larger slices in bottom of pie pan, leaving the smaller slices in the middle, top it off with the larger slices.
• Add 1/4 cup of RAISINS as you go.

Crunch: Mix in bowl and add to top of apples
• 1/3 cup BROWN SUGAR
• 1/4 cup QUICK OATS
• 1 teaspoon CINNAMON

Optional: Top it off with slivers of cold BUTTER

Bake in preheat 350 degree oven for about 35 minutes.
