Turkey Crouton

Another idea for a Thanksgiving Feast. Great when you want to serve just finger food.

Turkey CroutonThis recipe will simplify any holiday. All it took was sliced free range TURKEY BREAST placed on top of a slice of toasted BAQUETTE brushed with HERB OLIVE OIL (recipe below), and CRANBERRY RELISH (recipe under Condiments) to top it off. I assemble them as I go.

Herbed Olive Oil:
• In a small jar put 1/2 cup OLIVE OIL and your favorite dried herbs being sure to crunch them between your fingers to release the flavor. I used ROSEMARY, PARSLEY, and OREGANO. The longer it sits, the better it gets. Every so often give it a shake, especially before using.
