This salad can also be made with chicken. It is colorful and makes any meal festive. I often make it the day before so the flavors really blend. |

Take the leftover TURKEY (or CHICKEN), chop it into small pieces, and mix it with RAISINS, thinly chopped CARROTS, and MAYONNAISE. Season with CURRY powder, SALT & PEPPER to taste. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour before eating if you can.Use the bones to make soup stock! |
