• 5 10oz boxes of frozen organic SPINACH, defrosted or fresh equivalent
• 1 box FILA DOUGH
• 5 SHALLOTS, chopped
• 1/2 lb. FETA CHEESE
• 1/2 cup grated PARMESAN CHEESE
• 2 tablespoons OLIVE OIL
• ground NUTMEG
• SALT & PEPPER
Sauté shallots in large sauce pan in olive oil until transparent. Add the spinach, broken feta cheese and spices blending well. Set aside.
Follow the instructions on the box and line a 9 x 12 baking dish with dough. Layer in spinach mixture and top with Parmesan cheese. Cover with dough and bake in oven at 400°F until brown. About 30-40 minutes.
