• Take 5 cloves of GARLIC and brown in olive oil.
• Add two boxes of defrosted organic frozen SPINACH or fresh equivalent.
• Add a can of organic CANNELLI Beans (also known as Great Northern Bean), water included.
• SEA SALT & PEPPER to taste.
• Mix together and simmer.
• Stir occasionally and squish a few beans with the side of the spoon to thicken liquid into a nice sauce. When garlic gets tender, squish them also.
• Top with PARMESAN CHEESE. I like it with a little HOT SAUCE.
