Beet Salad

Don't let raw beets scare you. This salad is quick to prepare and surprisingly delicious.
Serve it as is or on a bed of lettuce. Oh so pretty.

• 1 per person: fresh, peeled & grated BEETS
SEA SALT to taste
LEMON zest and juice (Lime works well to!)
OLIVE OIL

Optional:
A squeeze of fresh orange juice

• Grate the beetsBeet SaladBeet Salad over Greens
• Add Olive Oil
• Add Salt to taste
• Squeeze on Lemon Juice
• Top with the Zest of a Lemon
